E-mail us with any questions about plants you have seen listed, or may want but have not seen listed in the catalogue. There are often many choice items in small numbers, too few to list, which may be about the nursery from time to time. We can almost certainly source you most plants, even though not listed here. You may order from us by using the Contact link. Once received, we will contact you about your enquiry or order once we have checked stock for availability.

Normally orders are despatched on a first come, first served basis, but some plants are open-ground grown, and may have to await an autumn lift. All plants listed are available by Mail Order. Plants are sent to UK and European addresses all year round, depending on plant varieties and differing climatic conditions in recipient countries.

Under the Customer Protection Act, you have 7 days to exercise a right to cancel your order. If your chosen delivery method is by carrier, a signature will normally be required on delivery. If you are likely to be absent, alternative instructions should be included, as the Nursery cannot be held responsible for damage caused by such delays.

Plants are normally sent in their original pots. If removal is beneficial to the safe carriage of sensitive plants, the nursery reserves the right to decide. Parcels of plants are normally sent by "Parcel Force," unless specifically instructed to the contrary.
